Shipping Addresses
For your security, we only ship to confirmed addresses. If you plan on shipping to an address other than your billing, please call the telephone number on the back of your credit card to add your shipping address on file. For PayPal orders, please follow the instructions on their website for confirming addresses.

The reason for this requirement is to protect both our customers and ourselves from credit card fraud. Without this policy, fraudsters who obtain your credit card information and your address (if you lost your wallet for example) would be able to order from our website and ship all over the country.

Taxes
Currently all orders shipped to California must be charged the appropriate state and/or local sales tax. For details regarding California sales tax, please go to http://www.boe.ca.gov. Orders outside of California will not be taxed.

Tax Exempt Government Employees
If you are a tax-exempt government employee, please fax your Government Tax Exempt permit along with your order number to 408-980-9699.

Resellers
If you are a reseller in California, please fax your reseller permit along with your with your order number to 408-980-9699.
Please understand that for accounting purposes, Tax Exempt and/or Reseller permits must be received within the same month of the taxed order in order for us to be able to refund any taxes charged on the order.
